There is a contact form on our website, in order to contact us for varying reasons. The form has an Opt-In checkbox, advising you of the information we collect and why? If this is not checked, the form cannot be sent and the request cannot be processed by Brun-Clair. No information is stored on our website server but may be stored in email format on our encrypted ionos 3rd party server.

We use Google Analytics IP Anonymisation (IP masking) which allows us to see a region where a user is located but does not provide us with any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website, and the anonymous information Google collects is deleted after 26 months of inactivity.

We do share other information with other 3rd Parties when applying for a position within Brun-Clair or when you become a client of a Brun-Clair.
How long do we keep your data?
If you have an account on Fresha you can request to receive a copy of the personal data they hold about you. You can also request that they erase any personal data they hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Your rights over your data
We keep contact form entries for 12 months and customer account records for two years.

To comply with current law and to follow good practice, we will notify you via email within 72 hours should we experience a Data Breach.
